Venkat Venkatraman<\/a>, head of the Information Systems Department, says he&#8217;s not convinced the strategy will work.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;It\u2019s not clear to me why Microsoft is pursuing dual directions with its mobile phones as it may confuse the issue rather than clarifying it.
