Venkat Venkatraman\" href=\"http:\/\/smgnet.bu.edu\/mgmt_new\/profiles\/VenkatramanN.html\" target=\"_blank\">N. Venkat Venkatraman<\/a>, chairman of the Information Systems Department, says all three divisions need investments to regain traction, and\u00a0a split-up will help them get started.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;More critical is whether the divisions can become leaders in their respective spaces.
