AIG exec eyed for securities fraud

Joseph Cassano, the executive who ran the AIG Financial Products unit that nearly killed the insurance giant a year ago, reportedly will be eyed by a federal grand jury for alleged securities fraud.  Law Professor Tamar Frankel, an authority on securities law, says the buck must stop somewhere.
